Assignment Capsule As a Market Management Analyst you will research, collect multi-faceted data, analyze information, make recommendations, drive decisions, and implement and execute on recommendations while adhering to Medicaid guidelines and regulations. 

  • Provide business analysis by segment, product, funding, intermediary, duration, etc.
  • Perform employer group specific analyses to support business decisions.
  • Develop annual membership and revenue (premium and fees) budgets by segment and product.
  • Provide routine and ad hoc analyses of claims data.
  • Develop key relationships with other areas, internally and externally, representing Medicaid Administration

 Role Essentials
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, with a strong emphasis on Excel and proficiency with Access
  • Prior experience with data analysis
  • Prior work history in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Role Desirables

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business or a related field
  • Prior group health insurance experience
  • Familiarity with Humana’s operating systems
  • Experience working with Oracle/SQL
