One good book is called The Hunger Games. The hunger games is a do or die competition on live tv. It’s a reality show. Every year the mayor chooses two people from each of the 12 districts but only one person can make it. Well Katniss has a major role in this book when her sister, Prim, is chosen to compete. Katniss makes the decision to take her sister’s place in the competition. She says her goodbyes to her family and fights to the death in order to save them. It’s a jaw dropping page turner that won’t let you close the book . You just keep reading!

It kept me captivated from the start with all the adventure. The ending was a bit boring and the book is somewhat predictable as everything somehow seems to work out for the main character. Its not as enthralling as Twilight or True Blood but very close to it.
I couldnt putit down either. The Hunger Games is one of those books that allows you to forget yourself and become immersed in the story. It took me a page or two to get hooked but once I did I fell in love with it.
