The Partnership for American African Development, Inc Presents…

The Cultural Festival of Light is an annual event that takes place at Dr. I. Sylvester Hankins Park.  The event features African art, free food, and lots of fun the whole family can enjoy.  It makes a great pre Mothers Day outing.  Just bring you favorite folding chair and enjoy live music from award winning national recording artist, cultural dance performances traditional rhythmic Congo and Bata drumming, steel drums and African dancers.

Vendors will be on site providing important and helpful information for children and families. There will be something for everyone including car and motorcycle enthusiast.  Stop by Bikers Row to see a variety of street bikes and hogs and check out the exhibit of show cars.  This is a great opportunity for parents to register their children for the City of Orlando’s summer recreational and aquatic programs.
