6th Annual Triple “A” Festival

This year June 8-9 marks the 6th anniversary for the Town of Oakland’s African American Arts Festival also known as the Triple “A” Festival.  This year the Festival Honors Tuskegee Airman, Lt. Daniel Keel and Florida Highwaymen, Isaac “Ike” Knight and R.L. Lewis.  The quaint town of Oakland, FL comes to life every summer to the sounds of blues, jazz and gospel with live performances taking place all day.  Not to mention special performances by area youth, competing for recognition for their talents across several categories.  Speer Park is transformed as vendors displays works of art, crafts and delicious food all for festival attendees to enjoy.  For more information about the Triple “A” Festival and a schedule of events click here
