Come witness the award-winning University of Miami Frost Concert Jazz Band, February 3, 2012 7pm – 9pm at Ocoee High School for “The Sunshine Jazz Festival” presented by HapCo Music Foundation and United Arts of Central Florida. Then come “Wine & Dine for the Arts” the very next day at a special encore performance by the Frost Concert Jazz Band at the Oakland Town Center in Oakland, FL. The Frost Concert Jazz Band under the direction of Dante Luciani has been the University of Miami’s premiere large jazz ensemble for over 30 years. You don’t want to miss this.
Or if you just believe in the arts, and the art programs that help bolster the confidence of young people and their creativity, come out and support a worthy cause that’s taking place in our own backyard. HapCo Music Foundation Inc. is a non-profit organization whose primary goal is to raise the awareness and benefits associated with music and education, as well as to provide scholarships for deserving student musicians to attend any College or University. Help them fulfill their mission to build futures through music, art, and education.
